. . . for a transformative retreat with a caring community of women and men. The
theme of this weekend will be "discovering our spiritual gifts". Each
of us has unique spiritual gifts, and these gifts represent the most immediate
pathway to intimacy with Spirit, self, and others. It is our task to discover and
embrace them. The weekend will help us to name and understand our gifts and
learn to use them both in spiritual practice and in our relationships.

KEN PAGE, CSW, is a psychotherapist, workshop leader and lecturer. He is the director of a number of well-known GBT men's spiritual retreats including the Rowe Labor Day Retreat, and the Spring Retreat For GBT Men. He is also the founder of Deeper Dating ( www.deeperdating.com). His mission is to assist in the creation of a joyful and living spirituality, based upon following one's unique inner promptings toward authenticity and intimacy. Ken is also the proud father of five-year-old David Page. CATHERINE SCAFFIDI, MS Ed, is a yoga teacher, massage therapist, Reiki Master and psychotherapist. She combines these disciplines in an integrative approach to healing. Her goal is to create a safe environment that enables people to experience their true peaceful nature. She has been a student of Integral Yoga since 1976. She lives in Central Pennsylvania. JIMIE BLAIR has been singing all his life. He grew up with the church and with church music, singing in choirs from early childhood until now. He has been a member of Unity Fellowship Church for over 11 years. When he moved to New York, he became a member of the Unity Choir, and is now a member of the "Praise Team" --- a group of five people personally selected by Bishop Zachary G. Jones, founder of Unity Fellowship Church, to usher in each service. Jimie feels deeply that God sees each one of us as his special children, and his mission is to convey this through both words and action . . . . to everyone he meets, and to LGBT people everywhere. JONATHAN P. EDWARDS is a Consumer Affairs Coordinator for the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation and is pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at the Hunter College School of Social Work. Mr Edwards has had a passion for music since an early age. His many musical endeavors include seven years as a baritone in the Canterbury Choral Society at the Church of Heavenly Rest. Comments from Past Participants “It was a soulful experience — full of all the mystery and wonder that we talked about time and time again. Our gay family is fragmented and spiritually hungry - the chance to spend such intimate time with so many beautiful souls was — and is — life altering.” “A very safe, loving, caring, open atmosphere. I feel blessed that I was part of this weekend and feel full of love for myself like I never have before.” “The Garrison Institute is the nicest place I have ever encountered on a retreat. The accommodations and food are wonderful, and the view of the Hudson River is a perfect setting for outdoor meditations and walks."

"Ken Page brings to his workshops and
lectures two exceptional qualifications. The first is an extraordinarily
developed affective spiritual and prayer life which give his insights into
spiritual developement a very personal authenticity. |
